Job Purpose

In line with our company’s vision of going digital, our rapidly growing company is looking to fill the role of a back office operations executive in Information Technology. We are in the process of launching our fully customized website for retail sales and in order to streamline the entire backend support function including all other related functions for increased productivity find below list of the responsibilities and qualifications that are required to fill this post.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Create and maintain database for uploading products for the website

· Parallelly follow-up, create and maintain existing product database for offline sales

· Handling product reconciliation on both offline and online sales

· Keep up with the latest inventory and maintain strong product knowledge

· Work closely with the internal business team to gather information and data to create best solutions for online sales

· Monitor competitor activities and give timely inputs to the internal business team

· Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure smooth execution of orders

· Own end to end promotions on various social media platforms

· Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization

Required Qualifications:

Education

This role requires a relevant Bachelor's or a University Degree in Arts, Commerce, Business/ Administration, or Computer Science, with a Diploma/ a Degree course in SCO.

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant or in a similar field is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Working knowledge: Verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi
• General knowledge: Quick learner who easily applies problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis skills and excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining composure
• Thorough knowledge: Proven ability of Data handling
• Comprehensive knowledge: Strong knowledge of independently handling website performance, hands on experience of paid ad-word promotion and unpaid promotion on various social media platforms, thorough on- page and off- page SCO, effective content development and content marketing.

Working Conditions

· The role is conducted in an office cum store environment
• There is no exposure to hazardous materials, loud noise, or extreme heat/cold.

· Standard physical requirements, such as standing, stooping, viewing monitor and typing shall be an integral part of the job profile.

· This role will be primarily sedentary.

· Currently, there is no interstate travel associated with this profile. However, should there be a necessity; one should be open to travel in the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
