Proud to be working with a group of around 100 artisans, Nirvana Gems and Jewels is now a global brand whose clientele includes several international TV channels, boutiques, retailers, wholesalers and e-commerce platforms. NGJ is currently looking for a fun loving and people- oriented HR Generalist to join our team at our head office at Bapu Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Responsibilities:
• Type in data provided directly from customers
• Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
• Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
Requirement For Candidate's profile:
1. Any Bachelor Degree / Diploma .
2. Basic Typing Knowledge must be required.
3. Experience, Fresher both can apply.
4.Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
5.Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and
peripheral devices.
6.Basic understanding of databases.
7.Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
8.Great attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
