(04:00 PM to 01:00 AM for Boys)
Job Description:
•Selling movie tickets at Box Office
•Selling F&B products at Concessions and coffee Tree
•enrolling customers in Club Cinepolis Memberships
•Checking the tickets and usher customers in the Auditorium
•Doing PRP (Pre Rush-Preparation) before shift and interval starts
•Taking F&B orders from customers in Audi and serving on seat.
•Handling routine queries from customers and guiding them properly
•Escalating/informing any critical customer concern to supervisors
•Delivering excellent customer service
•Following the operations processes as per company standards
•Picking up Trays from Auditorium after the shows
•Cleaning the Trays and other Equipment at the end of the shift
•Doing deep cleaning of all areas of F&B Operations
•Cleaning the counter and Serving areas to always maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per the company standards
