Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.

Support front-office staff by managing correspondence, emails, and office communications.

Maintain databases and update records accurately to ensure timely availability of information.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and task completion.

Handle office inventory and procurement of necessary supplies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Assist in organizing meetings, events, and schedules for staff and management.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•
Basic knowledge of office management procedures.
•
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Freshers are welcome.

Internship or any part-time office experience will be considered an advantage.
• Working Hours:
•
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible hours may apply depending on workload).

Occasional extended hours may be required during peak projects or events.
