Job Title: Back Office Executive – Planning ( Male Candidates Only)
Department: Production Planning
Job Summary: The Back Office Executive will support the Production Planning Department by assisting with scheduling, data entry, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure efficient and timely execution of production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Maintain accurate records, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), design files, and job sheets.
Enter and manage production data in ERP systems and Excel.
Track production progress and coordinate with Design, QC, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
Generate and share daily reports to support planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream); fresher to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Table and XLOOKUP.
Strong communication ans coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹168,000.00 - ₹204,000.00 per year
