Job Description
As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities and ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. You will supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance. Your duties will include managing agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management, as well as managing phone calls and correspondence.
You will also support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, create and update records and databases, track office supplies, and submit timely reports. Additionally, you will assist colleagues whenever necessary.
