Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing data, and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments. This role does not involve direct client interaction but is vital to the efficient running of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.

Process and manage data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.

Coordinate with front office and other departments for smooth workflow.

Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.

Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and summaries.

Assist in inventory management, order processing, and logistics tracking.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Monitor and manage emails and correspondence.

Support in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal communications.

Perform basic accounting and billing support tasks, if required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Data Entry Operator, or in a similar role.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
