Job Profile: Back Office Executive
We are looking for a female candidate (freshers are welcome) to join our back-office operations team. This is a multi-faceted role that combines production coordination, supplier handling, and event support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Production Manager in supervising and controlling processes.
Ensure production processes are running smoothly, reliably, and meet deadlines.
Coordinate procurement of materials from suppliers and maintain inventory records.
Manage back-office tasks, including documentation, follow-ups, and reporting.
Organize and support company events .
Support team coordination and manage workflow.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors/suppliers and handle procurement.
Basic leadership and team coordination abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
