As a Back Office Intern at ViralChilly, your key responsibilities will include performing data entry, record management, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will be expected to coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow, handle email replies promptly and professionally, generate reports, and provide updates to management as required. It is crucial to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security at all times.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, along with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. You must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential for this role.
This is a Fresher, Internship position with a contract length of 3 months. The working schedule is during the day shift, from Monday to Friday.
