Back Office | Jr| Accountant
• Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Assist in processing invoices and receipts.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors for timely settlements.
• Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Assist in updating and maintaining the general ledger.
• Prepare journal entries as needed.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
