Job Overview:
We are hiring for a Non-Voice Customer Support Executive role for the Lufthansa process. This is a pure back-office role involving handling customer queries via chat/email. Candidates with prior customer service experience and willingness to work in 24/7 shifts are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through email/chat support (non-voice)
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Follow process guidelines and company policies
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months – 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
Good written communication skills
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Salary up to 4 LPA
