We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Manager to oversee and manage the administrative operations and support activities of our company. This role involves supervising back-office staff, improving processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative, compliance, and data-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management:
• Lead and manage the back office team, including administrative staff, data entry operators, and support executives.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workflow and productivity.
• Process & Operations:
• Streamline and optimize administrative processes.
• Ensure accurate data management, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with front-office and cross-functional teams to support smooth operations.
• Handle back-end support for sales, finance, HR, or customer service teams (as applicable).
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Prepare periodic reports and performance metrics for senior management.
• Technology & Tools:
• Oversee the implementation and use of software tools and systems for data processing and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation in back-office functions.
• Vendor & Resource Coordination:
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and third-party partners for support services.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and resource allocation
