Job Title: Back Office Operations Executive/Client Services Specialist
Experience: 2-3 years
Industry: Wealth Management / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end mutual fund operations via platforms like NSE NMF, BSE StarMF, MFU.
Support financial planners in onboarding clients and executing transactions.
Coordinate with RMs for client servicing and MIS updates.
Manage documentation, KYC, FATCA, and compliance-related tasks.
Communicate effectively with AMCs and clients for smooth transaction processing.
Skills & Tools:

Proficient in MF platforms (NSE NMF, BSE StarMF, CAMS, Karvy)
Sound knowledge of financial products – Mutual Funds, Insurance, FD, Bonds
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation handling skills
MS Office, Data Management, and Compliance tracking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
