• Verify customer documents received for Personal Loan (PL) / Business Loan (BL) login.
• Check KYC, bank statements, income proofs, GST documents, business proofs, and eligibility documents.
• Ensure all files are complete and accurate before forwarding for credit assessment.
• Coordinate with sales teams for missing or incorrect documents.
