Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Product Management Intern to assist our product management team in maintaining and improving our eCommerce offerings. This internship will provide hands-on experience in product data management, inventory control, and process optimization, giving you valuable insights into the eCommerce industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Data Management: Assist in uploading and updating product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications on our eCommerce platform.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
• Data Analysis: Support the analysis of sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to help optimize product listings and pricing strategies.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement within the back office operations and suggest solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product management, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of product updates, inventory changes, and other relevant data to support decision-making processes.
• Support Initiatives: Assist in the execution of new product launches, promotions, and other initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
-A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, , or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools; familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
