Job description
Job Title: Backoffice Sales Coordinator
Location: Nana Chiloda, Gandhinagar (Ahmedabad)
Experience - 1-2 Years of experience (Preferred Sales Experience)
Department: Admin
Salary: Upto 3,60,000 LPA
Leave: 15 Days Paid Leave
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Documentation
• Assist the sales team in preparing accurate and timely quotes based on client requirements.
• Maintain and update customer records, including purchase history and contact details.
• Process sales orders, generate invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Manage data entry, documentation, and filing of sales-related documents.
Customer Communication & Relationship Management
• Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on orders.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to support repeat business.
Order Fulfilment & Coordination
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Track shipments, handle delivery-related issues, and keep customers informed.
• Monitor stock levels and update the sales team on product availability.
• Work with the purchase team to ensure timely procurement of materials.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
