Job Description
Job Purpose:
Sales Executive will be responsible to serve company areas of Sales in Maruti Machine Pvt. Ltd. Sales Executive will be based at Ahmadabad HO office.
Responsibilities
-Inquiry to be handled from indiamart, trade India, alibaba.and direct from website or telephonic.
- Follow complete Telesales Cycle process from Telecalling to payment follow up to Reference generation.
- Candidate to manage all inquiry generated from Website and social media.
- Candidate need to do calling on data base to generate” Business Associates” which will generate leads for company for variable pay benefits.
- Candidate will attend walking inquires by client in working week days.
- Candidate need to take telephonic follow-ups client at various stages.
- Candidate need to take mailing follow-ups client at various stages.
- Candidate need to maintain Client information in CRM /ERP Software.
- Candidate May have to take part in any marketing events or Exhibition decided by management. (Like Eng. Expo etc.)
- Prepare reports ask by management as & when required and issue to management.
- Candidate should upgrade himself/herself on industry knowledge of reality industry. He/She must also document the client’s need for better decisions.
- Candidate has to manage/take task accountability and work delegation at workplace.
- Candidate must maintain a healthy relationship with all his/her clients.
- Candidate must attend trainings and other meetings as and when organized/required by the company.
- Candidate has to create and send various MIS to the management and adhere to the policies and processes of Maruti Machines Pvt. ltd.
- Candidate must take feedback and document the same in a timely manner.
- Candidate must resolve complaints within defined TATs.
- Candidate must undertake any other task assigned by Maruti Machine’s management.
