Key Responsibilities:
• Telecalling to existing and potential customers
• Lead generation through calls and follow-ups
• Understanding customer requirements and explaining products/services
• Preparing and sharing quotations
• Regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders
• Closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Customer retention and after-sales coordination
• Updating customer data and maintaining CRM records
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
• Strong telecalling and convincing skills
• Lead generation and prospecting abilities
• Follow-up and negotiation skills
• Quotation preparation and basic commercial understanding
• Sales closing and objection-handling skills
• Customer relationship management
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
• Professional attitude and positive approach
• Time management and multitasking skills
