Back Office Sales Officer (Female)
Qualification: MBA – Marketing
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Back Office Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Support roles
Location: Corporate Office – V.V Nagar, Anand, Gujarat
Job Description:
• Handle and respond to customer inquiries, emails, and calls promptly.
• Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and follow-up sheets.
• Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Support the Sales Team with documentation, order confirmations, and client follow-ups.
• Assist in drafting business proposals and sales presentations as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Track pending payments and coordinate with clients for timely clearance.
Skills Required:
• Strong customer service and client-handling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email drafting.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time-bound tasks.
