We are having a vacancy for Tender Executive – Inside Sales in NAGPUR

Position: Tender Executive – Inside Sales

Responsibilities:

· Person must have minimum 2 - 5 Years of experience in Tender.

· Follow up Tender Registration & Payments in various Govt. Department.

· Should be responsible to handle tenders published on GEM Portal.

· Prepare documents for e-Tendering, studying tender documents, qualification criteria, scope of work, Floating RFQ to various vendors/contractors, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders received from public sector undertaking Govt., Bid management and other organizations.

· Prepare Bills of All Departments

· Follow ups from client regarding order.

· Convert inquiries into order.

· Preparing MIS weekly/Monthly Reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

· B.E./B.TECH/MTECH/MBA in Any discipline.

· 2-5 years’ Experience in the field.

· Job Location - NAGPUR

Desired Skills:

· Polished soft skills

· Should possess adequate knowledge of tender searching and submissions and GEM PORTAL.

· Note: Immediate joining required.
