We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Backend Data Entry Operator to manage and process data efficiently within our organization's backend systems. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, support data-related operations, and collaborate with various departments to maintain seamless data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various backend systems and databases.
MIS Reporting: Assist in generating and compiling Management Information System (MIS) reports as required by different departments.
Financial Data Management: Utilize Tally ERP software to manage financial transactions and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Data Verification: Regularly verify the accuracy and consistency of data, identifying and rectifying discrepancies.
Report Generation: Assist in generating and compiling reports as required by different departments.
Data Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to data protection regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to support data-related tasks and ensure smooth data operations.
System Monitoring: Monitor backend systems for data integrity and performance issues, escalating problems as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data management processes and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar backend role.
Technical Skills:
Tally ERP: Proficiency in Tally ERP software for financial data management.
Microsoft Excel: Strong knowledge of Excel, including functions, formulas, and pivot tables.
MIS Reporting: Experience in generating and compiling MIS reports
