Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.
• Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
• Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in reverse engineering.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Experience using Docker.
• English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
• Ownership mentality: You are proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
• Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
