You will be to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company's needs.? Role: Backend Developer Experience: 2 to 5 Years Education: BE / BTech in Computer Science Location: Pune Role & Responsibility Understand the requirements of Stakeholders, business head Requirement Analysis and Architect the software as per the requirement. Estimate and Freeze the development plan. Guide the team for the development of software as per the agreed plan Write code and tests, build prototypes, solve issues, profile and analyze bottlenecks. Responsible and accountable for software development deliverables as per the agreed plan. Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. Innovative thinking, generating new ideas for the betterment of the software product. Always stay updated with the latest technologies and industry development in the software domain. Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing Optimization of code for better performance Specific Skills/Certifications: Good Knowledge of operating systems: Linux and Windows Python (Advance), GCP or AWS cloud, Agile development JIRA, Redmine, etc. Various software testing tools, version control tools, svn, git, etc Product Knowledge: Python (Advanced) Data structures and algorithms Multi-threaded programming Django / Flask framework GCP cloud experience DevOps experience will be good to have JAVA or MEAN Stack: Nice to have Mobile App Development: Nice to have
