Backend Developer

We are seeking a Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. You will work closely with our Frontend Developers, UX Designers, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and maintain the server-side of our web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Frontend Developers, UX Designers, and Product Managers to design and implement APIs, microservices, and other backend components.
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code that can be easily tested and deployed to production environments.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of our backend systems to meet the demands of our growing user base.
• Ensure the security and reliability of our backend systems by implementing appropriate security measures and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with other developers on code reviews, debugging and troubleshooting issues.
• Continuously research and learn new technologies and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of our backend systems.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in backend development using modern languages such as Node.js, Python or Java.
• Strong knowledge of databases, including SQL, MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and other backend architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform.
• Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
