Basic Requirements
• Minimum Experience: 5+ years
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.
• Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Work with modern tools including Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, etc.
Technical Skills
• Good knowledge of framework architecture.
• Able to develop and maintain all the server-side network components.
• Understanding of effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Fixing bugs, running tests and providing technical support whenever needed.
• Documenting all the processes, including database schemas, also preparing reports.
• Understanding of NodeJS framework - Main focus on NestJS
• Good in design NOSQL database.
• Efficient in working with Typescript.
Soft Skills:
• Good communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Team player.
• Eagerness to learn new ideas, concepts, and technologies.
• Complex Problem Solving by Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Quality Control Analysis in Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
Additional Skills:
• Basic Understanding of AWS
• Experience in operating services that use Python/Fast-API
• Willing to learn and implement multiple different languages and frameworks
• Able to understand the company’s vision and service while thinking of the scalability of the development (NOT one dimensional development of applying business logics)
• High level of understanding of Git Flow
• High level of understanding of operating services using Docker
• High level of understanding and hands on experience of CI/CD environments
• Understanding of JAVA (Spring or SpringBoot) framework
• Able to speak Korean
