Job Overview:

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend systems, including designing and implementing APIs, integrating with third-party services, and working with our frontend team to ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure Functions, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement APIs for our backend systems
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js and Azure Functions
• Integrate with third-party services and APIs
• Ensure the scalability, availability, and security of our backend systems
• Optimize application performance and implement best practices for code quality and testing
• Work closely with our frontend team to ensure a seamless user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our backend systems as needed
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in backend development
• Proficiency in Node.js and Azure Functions
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Git version control is a plus
