Role: Back-End Developer

Responsibilities:
Handson experience with Java 8 or above.
Must have experience with Spring Boot framework Well versed with Clean Coding practices and Test driven development approach Good to have (not mandatory ) Financial/Lending domain exposure Any exposure on cloud platforms
Designing and developing server-side applications using Java and Spring Boot framework.
Building and implementing microservices architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability.
Integrating applications with Apache Kafka for efficient event-driven communication and stream processing.
Designing and managing NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis, to store and retrieve data effectively.
Developing and maintaining application programming interfaces (APIs) for seamless communication between various software components.
Implementing security measures and best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Writing unit tests and performing debugging to identify and resolve issues in the server-side code.
Collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Optimizing performance and scalability of server-side code, database queries, and network communications.
Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and applying them to improve our development processes.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Spring Boot framework and its ecosystem.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and its associated design patterns.
Experience working with Apache Kafka for building event-driven applications.
Proficiency in working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of software development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and version control.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
