Job Title: Backend Developer (Java & Spring Boot)
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Full Time)

My MD Dr is an innovative healthcare startup. Our platform offers integrated services
including blood tests, medicine delivery, and doctor home visits, aiming to streamline
healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer proficient in Java and Spring Boot to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining
robust backend services that power our healthcare applications, ensuring seamless
integration with our pathology and medicine delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring
Boot.
- Implement RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Database Management:
- Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
(e.g., MongoDB).
- Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
to define and implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Testing & Debugging:
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by QA or customer teams.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and
methodologies.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
