We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer to lead our Backend Developers team. As a Lead Backend Developer, you will lead the backend development of an agritech product.
Job Description
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
• Build systems, and infrastructure that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage/use
• Design and build data pipelines from data ingestion to consumption within a micro-service architecture
• Design an agile environment to deliver high-quality software
• Mentor other team members and ensuring high availability platform
• Communicates technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in backend development
• Candidates must have sound knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, AWS, Building rest API with PHP/Python Flask/Node, Serverless application model, DynamoDB and Git
• Leadership, team building, and mentoring skills
• Strong communication interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience of working in fast-paced start-up environment
