Job Description
We are looking for an analytical, results-driven back-end developer who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes. The Back-end Developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users. You should have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills
Responsibilities
· Must be able to mentor team members
· Development of Web Applications Based on NodeJs Platform
· Write clean, testable code using any of the above stated platforms
· Write and run Unit tests against developed code.
· Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives.
· Review and Refactor Code.
· Maintaining Quality Standards of the project developed.
· Manage tasks and communicate project status to the team leader / project leader.
· Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identifying areas for improvement.
· Writing optimized queries.
· Implementing caching wherever required.
Skills Requirement:
· Node Js Platform: Node JS, Express Js, Mongoose, sockets.
· Databases: Mongo Db
· Caching : Redis
· Queueing : AWS SQS
· Knowledge of Testing Frameworks in respective platforms is must.
· Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
· Strong Debugging and documentation skills.
· Familiarity with agile environments.
· Familiarity with Test Driven Development.
· Excellent project and .me management skills.
· Should be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
· Should be flexible to work on various technologies apart from core technologies.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently or with a group.
· Good Troubleshooting abilities.
· Good communication skills.
