Job Description
Senior Web Designer Experience: minimum 2 years.
Work with client groups to outline objectives, requirements, timelines and responsibilities for web-based projects.Utilise available data and analytics tools to inform, monitor and evaluate the performance of online resources and provide recommendations for improvement to support and achieve the desired goal.Develop project plans, user requirements, functional and technical specifications, reports, policies, standards, procedures and other documentation as required.Use web development tools and content management systems, such as Squiz, and a range of web coding languages including HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP to deliver a customer-focused and engaging online experiences.Build contemporary web development solutions, including wireframing, UX design and mobile responsiveness, to deliver innovative digital solutions which focus on our audience usability and accessibility.Use integration architecture principles, patterns, and best practices to develop effective technical approaches to integrate business, information, software, and hardware architectures.Support knowledge sharing with team members and colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including, but not limited to, periodic updates to local work instructions and online publishing procedures and processesGive advice to management on appropriate technologies for the delivery of services online via the internet.
Requirements: At least 2 years of professional work experience as a web developerExpert knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript and JQueryExpert knowledge in HTML5 / CSS , including HTML5 and CSS3Advanced understanding of front-end optimization techniques and cross-browser compatibility Good to have : Experience with any of the Javascript framework JavaScript MVC, Angularjs, Bootstrap, Backbone, PHP, Underscore or the like Good to have: Experience with any javascript unit testing and documentation framework. Experience using Java, SQL is an advantage
