Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python AND FastAPI OR Flask
• Design RESTful APIs to support mobile, web, and internal systems
• Build data pipelines and ML integration layers
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases
• Implement Redis-based caching and Celery task queues
• Deploy services using Docker; manage CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
• Monitor system performance and scale services using AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, SQS)
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate LLM/ML functionality into APIs
• Write well-documented, testable, and maintainable code
• Track system health, perform regular debugging, and document issues/resolutions
Technical Skills Required
• Strong Python development (3+ years)
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask
• API design and integration with frontend systems
• Familiarity with Redis, Celery, and Docker for scalable architecture
• Database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent NoSQL)
• Basic knowledge of LLM workflows, prompt APIs, and vector stores
• Experience with deploying services on AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and agile workflows
Bonus: exposure to real-time analytics systems or AI-first product
architectures
Personal Attributes
• High attention to detail and clean code practices
• Clear ownership and reliability—can be trusted to deliver
