Qualifications/ Skills required :
• Have at least 3 years of experience working with product companies
• Has demonstrated capability to align engineering team with product vision
• Has set up company-wide infra/coding practices
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Knowledge of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and software designing and architecture best practices
• Proficiency with any one of Nodejs / Python / Go / Java for the development of APIs to work at scale
• Experience with database design, SQL queries
• Strong at Data Structures and Algorithms
• Has a deep understanding of distributed computing/microservices / in-memory databases
• Write high-quality reusable code to develop the dynamic user interface for various platforms
• Refine, estimate, design, code, and test user stories in collaboration with the product owners and your team crew
• Has Implemented CI/CD pipeline independently for deploying frontend apps and backend
• Should have written libraries/frameworks to simplify development and work
• Has demonstrated ability to design/architect backend for scale
