About Key Responsibilities
▪ Lead and guided a team of backend developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work
environment.
▪ Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable backend services for our Web3 applications using
Node.js and TypeScript.
▪ Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to
ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.
▪ Take ownership of the entire backend development lifecycle, from architecture and coding to testing,
deployment, and maintenance.
▪ Implement best practices and industry standards for code quality, security, and performance
optimization.
▪ Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative solutions to
enhance product functionality.
▪ Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and web3 ecosystems to drive
continuous improvement.
▪ Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to promote skill
development and knowledge sharing.
Education/Experience
Qualification: Education: Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Programming/Information Systems, or related field
Required Skills
▪ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
practical experience.
▪ 5+ years of professional backend development experience, with a strong focus on Node.js and
TypeScript.
▪ Proven track record of leading backend development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and
innovation.
▪ A solid understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized application
architecture is a plus.
▪ Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
▪ Experience with RESTful API design and development.
▪ Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
▪ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical
challenges.
▪ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively
within cross-functional teams.
