We are creating a suite of recruitment products for job seekers and employers. We currently operate Aviate, our B2C employability enhancement and placement product for job-seekers and Q-Rate, our B2B SaaS play targeted at large employers and recruitment agencies.

We are a profitably growing venture with over 35 clients and have been backed by some prominent entrepreneurs of the Indian startup ecosystem including founders of companies like Khatabook, Lets Transport and Housing.com.

• A Full-Stack developer with an exceptional command on Python and the DRF framework
• Minimun experience of 3+ years in a growth-stage or early-stage venture will be preferred
• Working knowledge of building a highly scalable application
• Responsible for building the engineering stack that is the foundation for our products and services
