Samespace product engineering team is looking to hire an innovative and highly motivated individual with strong interest in creating scalable, efficient and cutting edge software. You will work with our product team to bring new ideas to life and help deliver industry leading experience. You will develop highly efficient and sleek applications that will exceed user expectations. You can expect to participate in all aspects of the product life-cycle accelerating learning and personal growth.
What You'll Do
● You'll be collaborating closely with our product teams along each step of the product
development process, from ideation, to implementation, to testing, and production
release
● You will be working with a team to rapidly prototype and iteratively push features into
production
● Design, Build, scale and manage Samespace's services mostly written in Go/ JavaScript
/Rust interacting with various databases such as MySql, MongoDB
● Participate in team on-call and bug rotations
Essentials
● 0-2 years as a dedicated server side software engineer with experience working on
backend services.
● You have a working knowledge of Golang/Node.js and MongoDB or a willingness to
learn
● Exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web applications, such as
well-designed APIs and efficient algorithms
● you get unusually excited about distributed systems, concurrent programming, and
scalable design
● Good to have knowledge of operating systems and computer networking.
