Backend Engineer

Location:- Hyderabad

Duration:- Full Time

Responsibilities for Backend Engineer
• Develop, test, and maintain server-side software using programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, Ruby, etc.
• Design and implement solutions for data management and processing, collaborating with the front-end development team
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate the user interface with back-end services
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices for the development team
• Create unit and integration tests to ensure that back-end functionalities are properly tested
• Maintain a good knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, providing input and suggestions to continuously improve software quality

Requirements for Backend Engineer
• From 4 to 7 years of experience in backend software development
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and active listening skills to propose the best solutions for the client. We are full-remote, so the ability to work in a team and with clients remotely is a must-have
• Excellent knowledge of lean and agile principles and methodologies, which we fully share
• A profile with strong experience in backend development and related fields... the famous T-shaped skills\
• Ability to think in terms of MVP and incremental releases, working for fast iterations
• Excellent knowledge of the HTTP protocol
• Ability to organize and write automated tests
• Attitude towards legacy software and refactoring
• Should have experience working with International Teams
