Responsibilities
• Building data-centric solutions using Python.
• Take ownership of feature development, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of high-quality features.
• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Flask, Django, or FastAPI, adhering to best practices for microservices architecture.
• Write well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code, while implementing comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the codebase, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Swiftly identify and resolve critical issues that arise in the product to maintain product stability and minimize downtime.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience is required with Python.
• Must have worked with Django, Flask, or any other API framework for at least 3 years.
• Proficient in writing unit tests and employing test-driven development principles.
• Must have experience with S3 and MongoDB
• Must be good with a relational database like MySQL or SQL Server etc.
• Should have worked with multithreading and asynchronous programming.
• Should have experience with Kafka and Docker.
• Experience with microservice architecture is a plus.
• Proficient with Git, and Linux.
• Good to have an understanding of Deltalake.
• Experience with PySpark will be good to have.
• Should be experienced in following Agile methodologies.
• Tools - Jira & Confluence.
• Passionate about Programming and Building Scalable Backend Tech. Customer Obsession and Product Ownership.
• Abstract thinking ability and love dealing with ambiguous/undefined problems.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills
