Backend Engineer Team Lead
We're building a new world-class development in India in 2026 and are looking for a Backend Engineer to lead a full-fledged team and coordinate with other software development teams in other countries.

About The Role
• Lead – You will lead a team of engineers in all phases of the software lifecycle including being a principal collaborator with other stakeholders.
• Manage – You will ensure that business implications and requirements are fully understood, and contribute to the creation of new, innovative use-cases across the solution.
• Coach – You will work with less experienced developers to train and mentor them into excellent professionals
Who we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• 6+ years of experience is desired. At least 2 year of experience leading teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies in a product-oriented environment.
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals: unit testing, code reviews, and RESTful APIs, Github and version control best practices
• Programming experience with .Net Core, C#, and MVC and working with SQL Databases (PostgreSQL) and with the Entity Framework
• Strong communication skills and ability resolve problems quickly and efficiently
• Teamwork orientation and the ability to mentor and coach other team members
• Professional English
Nice to have
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Travis, or similar tools)
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS
