Coordinate with vendors for timely submission of offers and to get best rates from vendorsSending Enquiries to vendors and submission of offers to clientsFollow up for timely execution of OrdersArranging Inspection and transportation and documentations of all orders.Providing timely services to customers on their queries and on site services.Follow up for Payment Collection.Keeping records of all sales and Purchase and its documentation like eway bills invoices etcResponsible for prepare of MIS reports, competitor analysis, monthly forecast for billing
