Job Description
1. Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with customers, tracking customer order history, and resolving concerns.
2. Assist with AMC forecasting, AMC lead generation, proposals, and contract negotiation.
3. Customer payment follow-ups via email/phone calls
4. Maintain and update AMC documents and files
5. Make, Maintain and update AMC proposal in ERP/CRM
6. Make AMC sales report- Daily/Weekly/Monthly/ Yearly
7. Assist in scheduling, analysing, and updating AMCs
8. Review and update AMC data base
+. Good-level written and verbal communication skills.
10. Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software and application.
11. Previous work experience as an Office Executive
12. Perform any other job duties as assigned
