Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Backend Platform Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role requires strong proficiency in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), version control systems (Git, Git Hub), and modern developer tools (Git Hub Copilot). You will be working in a collaborative environment, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of backend services that power mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Backend Development :
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using modern technologies and frameworks like Node.

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure frontend systems using React.

- Cloud Infrastructure :
Leverage AWS and Azure for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and scaling of backend services.
- Code Versioning and Collaboration :
Work with version control tools (Git, Git Hub) to manage code repositories, handle pull requests and ensure high-quality code standards.
- Automation and CI/CD :
Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and deployment using tools like Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or other relevant tools.
- Microservices Architecture :
Design and implement microservices-based architectures to ensure high scalability and maintainability.
- Security & Compliance :
Implement secure coding practices, integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Performance Optimization :
Profile and optimize the performance of backend systems, focusing on low latency, high throughput, and reliability.
- Collaboration and Mentorship :
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other teams, and mentor junior developers to elevate the team’s capabilities.
- Continuous Learning :
Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in cloud computing, backend development, and Dev Ops.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience :
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a backend developer or platform engineer.
- Cloud Platforms :
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure services for infrastructure management, deployments, and scaling.
- Programming Languages :
Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or

C.
- Version Control :
Solid experience with Git and Git Hub , including code reviews, branching strategies, and collaboration workflows.
- Cloud Native :
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as Docker , Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
- Git Hub Copilot :
Experience using Git Hub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools to improve coding productivity.
- CI/CD :
Proven experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines and automating software deployments.
- Database Management:
Knowledge of relational and No
