Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Backend Process Executives to join our growing team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in written communication, problem-solving, and handling customer queries via email and chat. As a Backend Process Executive, you will play a key part in supporting our BPO/KPO operations by delivering high-quality service without voice interaction.

Handle customer queries and complaints via email and chat platforms efficiently.

Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Update internal databases, systems, and customer records as per defined protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns when required.

Follow process guidelines and adhere to quality standards and turnaround times.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement in every interaction.

Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company data.

Excellent written English communication skills.

Proficiency in email etiquette, grammar, and professional tone.

Full-Time (Rotational Shifts – Day/Night)

6 days a week, 9-hour shift with 1-hour break

Rotational weekly offs as per team roster

Knowledge of BPO/KPO workflows and customer service standards.

Basic understanding of customer lifecycle and issue resolution techniques.

Problem-solving and critical thinking ability.

Fast typing speed (minimum 30-35 WPM with high accuracy).

Ability to remain professional and calm in high-pressure situations.
