Job Description for Backend Sales Executive
• Assisting the sales team, focusing mainly on managing schedules and sales documents
• Preparing and then follow up on sales quotation made for clients, negotiating terms with the clients at the cost best suited to them
• Maintaining customers mail conversation
• To encourage repeat business by networking with current clients and their colleagues
• Follow up for Payments from customers
• Responding & Coordinating with other departments for smooth work flow
• Prepare address cover as per requirement
• Sending courier details to the customers
• Preparing and updating dispatch details report
• Maintaining stock for our authorized company (Sick, Murr and Siemens)
• Looking after miscellaneous tasks like scanning documents, printing, Invoicing, handling calls and so on
• Filling up and maintaining legal documents related to sales
• Coordinating with Stock Incharge and Accounts department for smooth work flow
• Executing all other tasks given by management
Qualification required: Diploma/BE- EC/IC/ Electrical
Experience required:0-2 years- freshers are invited
