About the Role
Overview of Your Responsibilities:
We're looking for an experienced engineer to join our team. You will design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and components focused on proactive and reactive incident management and post-incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-performing backend services with error reporting and monitoring.
• Collaborate with other engineers to create scalable microservices.
• Leverage data to drive continuous improvements in backend performance and incident management processes.
• Mentor and level up your teammates' skills through knowledge sharing sessions.
• Participate in Agile software development practices.
Your Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience building and developing backend applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in modern object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Scala, or Python.
• Familiarity with database technologies like RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ability to design and operate highly available and reliable systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and public cloud offerings (AWS, GCP, Azure).
