About the Role
We're seeking a senior engineer to help us build and maintain our omni-channel communication integrations. This platform integrates various communication channels such as voice, chat, email, SMS, and other emerging channels to provide seamless interaction between businesses and their customers.
As a member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for owning and advancing this critical component of our service offerings. You will design, build, and maintain scalable and robust communication systems. You will lead architecture discussions and planning to enhance platform capabilities and performance.
