Roles and Responsibilities:-
Expense and Cost booking
Staff reimbursements / Overtime work booking
Daily Cash Flow / Daily Fund Flow
Preparing Bank reconciliation
Customer reconciliation & Clearing accounts
GST inputs reconciliation (GST paid to Suppliers/Vendors)
Issue of reminders / Notices to Customers & Vendors for any variances
Monthly Bad debts checking
Contributing to customer payment recovery
Co-ordination customer service team
Employee Investment proofs and revising Tax calculation
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Strong time management skills / Eye for detail
Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. ERP)
