Your profile
• You should be 5 - 8 years experienced having Graduate degree or equivalent and maintaining and assisting Procurement and Finance teams in their administrative tasks
• You must be a Technology enthusiast who can leverage Project/Service Management design principals combined with latest technologies to realize any software/Service Management solutions. You will be working closely with Business.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Proficient in SAP
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Great command in both written and spoken in English (German is a plus)
• Ability to work independently
• Integrity and confidentiality
Your responsibilities
Our team is actively supporting the Siemens Energy Digital Transformation, a global digitization initiative launched to optimize the functionality of Siemens Energy Supply Chain Management. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with excellent service orientation and skills/experience in operational procurement to support the various administrative activities ideally in context to Procurement and Supply Chain services.
• Complete assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind, under high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
• Schedule appointments and meetings and assist in collecting associated minutes.
• Assist in the organization of business and social events – on-site and off-site.
• Prepare presentations, reports, statistical charts, and briefings.
• Knowledge of Procurement processes.
• PO Creation, contract signing and follow ups.
• Monitor and improve information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
• Assist in the integration of new office technologies, systems, and business processes.
• Assist managers to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors.
• Assist employees and managers in the swift resolution of various issues of administrative nature.
• Plan and monitor the procurement of various IT assets and office supplies.
• Provide inputs to management for the preparation of budgets and the analysis of monthly budget activity.
• Act as liaison to internal business support functions, such as IT, SRE, and HR.
