Job description
Budget: 20k
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle daily back-office operations and administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, creative, accounts)
• Maintain records of projects, vendors, invoices, and payments
• Prepare reports, MIS, and production-related documentation
• Follow up with vendors, freelancers, and clients for required documents
• Manage data entry and maintain organized filing systems
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Support accounts team with basic billing and expense tracking
• Ensure smooth coordination between on-ground production and office team
Required Skills:
• 1–3 years of experience in back-office/admin role (Production/Media preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and organized working style
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
