Work Position: Backoffice Voice Executive - Medical Records Retrieval (Voice Process)
Work Location: Ahmedabad – Science City
Workdays & Timings: Mondays to Friday – 06:30PM to 03:00AM (US Night-Shift)
Experience: Freshers & experienced both can apply
Important Skills: Fluency in English communications (MANDATORY)
Requirements:
Responsible for making calls to Hospital and Clinics for follow up regarding medical record request after initial submission of request
